Once we retrieve your data we compile it to spreadsheet format and email it to you. You can use it for your own reporting purposes or just safe keeping.

Quickly see who you have scheduled for backups and when they last took place
Once you have entered a new client name you confirm the type of connection that you wish to backup. You can even set the date to run the backup on.
We use secure data access methods as prescribed by the vendor of the application. You authorise us to be able to retrieve the data. We can only retrieve the data which is provided for by the application’s data exchange.
The data is encrypted as part of our data handling and you can choose to password protect your attachment.
